He is 35 years old and spent his childwood in both Kerala and Tamil Nadu. He has completed HIS STUDIES IN Ooty;
In 1992 he worked in Hotel Management after having obtained his degree in 'Travel and Tourism Management'.
Because of his excellence in the English language and great sense of curiosity towards his own culture, he naturally became a guide and followed a governemental training.
In 2000 he obtained his diploma in French language from the Alliance Française in Kochi.
He is fluent in English, French, Malayalam, Tamoul, Italian.
We are working with the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Trivandrum. It prepares futur Indian chefs for international catering. Only the best chefs and cooking teachers give classes for Paalam.
